We have lived in a property managed by Belvoir Leeds North West for just over 2 years. I can honestly say they provide an excellent service, always very fast to reply to any email communication, monthly receipts for rent payments, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a few maintenance requests over the two years all of which were resolved extremely quickly typically within a few days of being raised (none of the items were emergencies). We had our checkout today, very pleasant experience and the process was very quick to complete (less than 1 hour). We would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to let out or rent in the area.
