Ben Cunliffe Architects was founded in 2003 and has since grown to a dedicated team of 4 who enjoy creating wonderful buildings that meet and exceed the aspirations of their clients.



We specialise in design and build contracts ensuring that our projects are delivered to cost, on time and to the exacting standards of both ourselves and our clients.



We operate from our office in Crook, near Kendal in Cumbria and have worked on projects throughout the county and beyond. We have developed close relationships with the Lake District National Park, and have succeeded getting planning permission on a wide range of public, private and commercial projects - all meeting the strict guidlines of the national park planning policy.
