Beneficent Law is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company which provides quality legal services at a fraction of the cost of High Street Solicitors. We specialise in Wills, Protective Property Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and have clients in every part of England & Wales. We also provide legal advice and assistance to people wishing to establish a small business or set up a charity or other not-for-profit or voluntary organisation. All of our staff have many years of experience gained at a senior level within Solicitors' practices and have proper recognised legal qualifications.

Beneficent Law was recommended to me by a friend as I needed information on how to obtain Lasting Power of Attorney for my brother. I contacted Mr Whiting who explained the process very clearly. Will service
Excellent! Cannot fault the service at all. We filled out the easy to understand online form Thursday and our Wills were sent back for checking the next day by email. Bound copies arrived by the following Tuesday. Instructions for signing are very clear and concise. It was nice to know there was a real person we could contact if necessary, but as everything is so clearly explained there was no need.

Excellent & fast service
Fantastic service. Was unsure whether the great reviews were true, they are. Completed form last Tuesday evening by Wednesday am Mr Whiting had responded with some questions, by the afternoon we had draft wills. We had a couple of amendments and questions which were answered and amended. We now have final copies. Mr Whiting made sure everything was covered and was extremely helpful, first class service for an amazing price.

Unbelievable service! Without any doubt whatsoever, the smartest decision that I have ever made. Having paid out literally hundreds of pounds in 2006 to a huge firm of solicitors to undertake the preparation of our very simple Wills, I was very, very, disappointed by their "work" at that time, this being carried out by a trainee para-legal, at an outrageous cost . Beneficent Law came by way of a personal recommendation from a neighbour in our small village, and what a first class recommendation this turned out to be. Delighted with not only the speed of the work, but also the efficient manner in which the entire process was undertaken. Just brilliant!

We discovered Beneficent Law via google and are so glad we did. Mr Whiting provides a fast, simple. clear and friendly service. Indeed he seems to be excellence personified. We had our first wills drawn up by him with absolutely no fuss and he has recently updated them in a shorter time than most solicitors would take to make an appointment!! Will writing service
We are in our 80s and kept telling each we should make our wills. There was a lot of procrastination ( on my part!) as I didn't fancy appointments in some solicitors dusty old office and a long drawn out and expensive process. I was sceptical when I found this site on line but gave it a go, and was glad I did. Fast ,efficient and inexpensive best describe the service provided by Mr. Whiting. Excellent service sustained and enhanced
Steven wrote mirror wills for us a few years ago, giving great service then. However, we recently decided that we needed a property protection will, and this was created for us, using the clear online forms which explained all the requirements. He also handled the required change of tenancy status with the Land Registry. The cost for this service is very cheap compared to regular solicitors' charges, and the cost was further reduced because we had already made mirror wills with Beneficent. We are very happy with the efficiency, communication and personal service from Mr. Whiting and have recommended him to family and friends.

Excellent affordable service
Myself and my partner or not married yet and due to have our first child, so wanted to get a will in place. I considered my requirements to be fairly straight forward and when I found this company over the internet they seemed to fit my needs. The downloadable questionnaire was so easy to understand and following a few short conversations the draft was emailed. I then received my finished document to sign in first class post. All in all the whole process took only a couple of days to sort out. This company really does offer an affordable solution to will writing, you get all the expertise of using a solicitor without the costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting a will.

Will Writing Service
My wife and decided om monday of this week it was time to have our wills prepared. We completed the online questionaire that evening and by mid day on Tuesday it was all set up and the drafts were on line to read. Everything we thought of was covered and other necessary items we had not thought of we all there. I made on phone call today, paid a very modest fee,and the job is finished. Like many I have dithered over making a Will; there is no huge estate to split up, my children are my only beneficiaries and on the occasions that I have looked into it the cost has seemed completely out of proportion to the task. I had looked at other online providers whose costs were lower than a High Street solicitor but whose service was completely limited, anything that did not neatly fit into an online questionnaire could not be included in the Will. With Beneficient Law I have received a personal service, questions asked were responded to promptly and in a kind and thoughtful manner, small bequests included in the Will with no fuss - in total a very reasonably priced but efficient and supportive process that I shall be wholeheartedly recommending to others.

Very Professional

A Brilliantly Fast, Efficient Will Writing Service
Beneficent Law offer an absolutely brilliant service. I could not fault them in any way. It makes a pleasant change dealing with a fast, efficient Law firm. My wife and I wanted Mirror wills and also wanted to change house ownership from Joint-Tenancy to Tenants In Common. 11/09/11 – Received Questionnaire accompanied by guidance on how to fill out each section. 12/09/11 - Filled out questionnaire and sent it back. Got a reply back within hours stating that all was filled out correctly. 14/09/11 – Received completed wills by post ready for signing and also forms to change tenancy. 16/09/11 – Got wills signed making them legally valid. Also filled out the change of tenancy forms and posted them back to Beneficent Law. 17/09/11 - For peace of mind I sent pdf files of signed wills to Steven Whiting at Beneficent Law to check that all was signed correctly. Got confirmation back within the hour that all was in order. All done and dusted within 6 days - that is what I call efficiency.
