Favour the Landlord, not the tennant.
This company are not interested in you as a tenant. They are only interested in the money that comes into them from their landlords properties. One of their landlords in particular will bully, insult and demean you constantly, failing to even begin to grasp that the place you are renting is your home, regardless of whether or not it is his property. Please take my advice and do not rent through this company.
