Waste of money and time!
If I could choose to, I wouldn't give this company any stars at all but, unfortunately, that isn't an option. 'Bennett Property Management' is nothing more than an individual carrying out business from his bedroom and this sorry fact shows in the level and quality of service provided. If you don't want to take my word for it, simply check the 'company' address on Google maps....I believe it is an apartment block? As a landlord, the service I received (when he bothered to get back to me at all)was unprofessional and half-hearted. All in all, I believe the guy running this to be nothing more than an inexperienced kid who is 'playing' at business. Steer clear and use a professional company!
