Benson Motors Ltd, Car Dealers (Used) In Middlesbrough

Bought a Jaguar S Type 2004 from Craig, was promised it had a spare key and full log book and the car was running perfectly, After appx 70 miles the coolant light came on and has since been diagnosed as head gasket problem..After numerous phone calls to him and his Secretary I still have no spare key or logbook 18 weeks later and because I live in Northern Ireland I have to get somebody in England to apply for the logbook for me...Not a happy customer
