I went in to buy a bedstead today and found the staff both rude and unhelpful!, they lost a definite sale and I had to go elswhere to purchase, a shop where I had excellent friendly and helpful attention.What a shame, and the two men there were only able to shout from down the shop although it was obvious I had a purchase in mind, I will never go there again I am afraid!
