Established in 1996 by Philip Larsson and Trevor Priest, Berkshire Tai Chi offers regular weekly classes across Berkshire in Yang & Chen styles. Also customised Special Needs programmes; corporate events; Tai Chi-based exercises for Primary Schools; and Tai Chi retreats.
