After being made redundant, I took some time to work on my house and at the same time started looking for a new job. I spoke to a couple of agencies, and overall I felt like a bit of meat.One particular agency kept me hanging on following an interview.Every time I called I was told they were in a meeting or on the phone and I would hear later, but after being put off time and again in the end I told them not to bother. I have used some good agencies that give a lot of communication and have helped me by preparing me for the interview.The advice I would give to Technical Recruitment Agencies is to be a bit more honest, like the example earlier the consultant was always in meetings or on the phone and they didn't get back to me and wasted my time for 4 weeks.Prepare the candidate for the interview and provide more information about the company.Bespoke were pretty good and always kept me informed, always letting me know what was going on.I've now got a job that I'm happy with, with a company that I enjoy working for, giving me a very easy commute to work on a daily basis.

I was looking for a new job as I was uncomfortable with the amount of work going through the shop of my current employer plus with a 45 mile each way commute I was keen to cut down on my travellingOverall the experience is good I get from Agencies but with Sean it's a more personal service I do find that the agencies I would deal with were my best friend if they thought they could get me a job but it was false, and they were always in such a rushWith Bespoke it was calm and controlled and I felt they were genuinely interested and knew what they were talking about Bespoke have offered the same or a better service as the big boys and I was treated like a valued customer not another number on the conveyor belt, they've been efficient and professional, and I've been kept informed at all timesI'm very happy with the job that I've got and believe that all being well it can see me through to my retirement Definitely I think Bespoke have done a great job and I like the way they talk to me and kept me informed throughout the whole process
