Phoned to ask if I could have 3 tyres fitted. Was advised they would be ordered and would arrive at 3.30pm and to come then. I arrived at 3.20pm, tyres weren't in yet but was told they would be there shortly and i could wait in the waiting room. The tyres arrived a few minutes later, approx 3.30pm. I had to ask a member of staff at 5pm what was happening with my tyres at which point he said they had been busy and someone would do it now. Very poor customer service and with so many other places doing the same job I will be going elsewhere in future. Would not recommend.

Tremendous value for money
This garage offers tremendous value for money whether it is for an MOT, a car service or a minor repair. Staff are very professional and well trained in car servicing and diagnostics.
