Bestwood Full contact Karate School has a growing team, qualified to teach their students to reach Black Belt level in Kyokushinkai Karate. The BFKS is managed by Sandra Kreslina who has been involved in the Martial Arts and Self Defence industry for over 12 years. Sandra Kreslina is experienced enough to manage the BFKS, having previously worked for Latvian National Kyokushinkai Federation and range of Martial Arts clubs. The organisation is able to offer various trainings in Karate and MMA, including 3 months training sessions, all belts competitions, instructor courses and workshops for advanced and Dan graded students. Karate trainings, the are suitable for all ages and can be enjoyed for children after 5 years. The most of trainings are available in ours dojo at Beckhamton Rd.
