I have been a patient of Bethell & Clark for over 7 years. During that time I have been treated with a courtesy and professionalism which has impressed me on each occasion that I have had contact with them. At Bethell & Clark all of the staff are very friendly. I am always greeted by name and, if needed, can make telephone contact and have the sense that the person on the other end of the phone actually knows who I am and cares that I get excellent service. Bethell & Clark deserve every one of the 5 stars that I have given them and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is seeking an excellent, professional and friendly opticians.
