I have broad experience of the type of issues you may bring, including:

addiction, anger, abuse, anxiety, bullying, depression, self esteem, disability, masculinity and femininity, relationships, loss, shame, guilt, and trauma.

An incident may have steered you toward crisis point, or perhaps you feel you have been enduring for a while and can see little or no chance of things getting better.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to explore these painful and difficult emotions, and the opportunity to move beyond them.

As well as Private Practice, I manage a counselling service for Walk Tall, a charity in Northfleet, Kent. I am a registered counsellor with Aviva and PruHealth health insurance providers, have provided counselling therapy in psychiatric settings, schools and for charitable organisations. I also have 15 years experience working with children with disabilities in a variety of roles and settings.
