I asked Dave Johnson(the proprietor) if he could make my damaged car look factory standard, he promised me that he could. I picked the car up, in the poor garage lighting it looked reasonable. When I inspected it in the sun later that day I'd already paid him. I was horrified - scratches in the filler, glittery paint where he's used too much metallic, overspray all over the car giving a rough finish, also overspray inside the car and on the seats. Rough edges where he's smeared the filler, terrible finish where he's sprayed over the bodykit without removing it, nasty lines, terrible laquer blending. It's the worst repair I've ever seen, I asked for a refund and he totally refused. He said he'd fix it, but I don't want him going near it again as this was his idea of factory standard. The man is incompetent and has a bad attitude, I said I'd go to court over it and he accused me of trying to blackmail him. I explained that he'd damaged the interior, he said I'm lying. It's awful.
