So many martal arts and about causing your attacker halm. Aikido is great for defending against attacks but not causing halm to them just enough to defuse the situation. I have been training at this club for the last 4 years and the instructors are great. They explain each technique in great detail for all levels and at a rate that helps all that attended with great patients. I have also made great friends at the club and courses that i have attended.
