Using bid to rent for the 1st time I was very happy with the way their staff was so helpful I have never rented my house out before and bid to rent took me though the things to do as a landlord. Their auction website was a big success for me as I got £80more per month than most houses in my area. I really like their eBay style website and their different aprroach to most estate agents. They even put videos on there website of my house. Just one thing for me though I think they should run their auctions for longer so you could get more bids, but they got my house rented in a week.
