great choice
i read other reviews and took the other brides advise, so just want to say thanks. i visited other places but found nothing special and a friends sister told me to try biento if i was looking something extra special at a good price, i must say the styles are gorgeous and so rrasonable and like th other bride said i was treated like a princess, i felt like i was the only bride, customer care was fantastic many thanks from a very happy bride

I had a terrible experience with jean millar i was to get married on 14 feb 2003 we were treated like dogs.my wedding was called of due to my fiance not wanting to get married.since then ive met someone else and im getting married on the18 of september this year i went to biento madame and i was treated like a bride should be like a princess,they are lovely people

As a bride last year I got my dress from here. The girls seen me when another shop had turned me away. I had not idea that shops had appointment systems and went to another shop across the road and was asked very abruptly if I had one. Then I went accross the road and asked if there was any way they could see me in Biento Madame My mum and I were welcomed in. Im a bigger girl and they didnt look at me as if I was a fat lump like in the other shop. I have to say that their service was brilliant and they didnt seem to be too pushy for me to buy my dress there and then, even suggesting I go and think about it. When my niece died they held onto the dress for me even though I had only paid the deposit, until I could bring myself to go in and pay for the dress. I now use this shop sometimes when doing shape and style consultations with Brides as I run www.bridalbeautyni.co.uk. I cant recommend them enough. Claire xx
