Back for another !!!
I bought a Big Table bed over twenty years ago. When I moved to South Africa I took it with me, I am back in the UK for a while and have just bought another. Wonderfully comfy and well made. 100% recommend them.

Great Bed!
We were recommended Big Table by a friend and couldn't be happier with our new bed. Kim was extremely helpful and encouraged us to try out all the beds and mattresses on several occasions before we bought. I'm also a bit on the tall side so they were able to tailor the bed size to fit me. The mattress is super comfortable, we've never slept better. Thank you!

Highly reccomended, so happy with Bed.
I have waited 6 months before I reviewed this bed. So that it was not just about the high standard of customer service, which it was. However this review is about the quality of the bed. I myself am over 20 stone and my partner a good 16 stone. Add to this factor we are romantic!! So I was worried about a bed that can provide a good night sleep and also the surface for two fatties to roll about on. 10 out of 10 for both. Top craftmanship along with good looks and value for money. I bought the top end of bed with super orphopedic matteress. It did take a good few weeks to adjust to a good supportive matteress. Best money ever spent. Thank you for fab bed and great service

Wow!
The personal service in this shop is amazing and they really know what they are talking about. I spent over an hour trying out different mattresses and working through the wood finish options (I went for a Farrow & Ball painted bedframe with contrasting underbed drawers). The lady in the shop seemed genuinely interested in my decision-making rather than just trying to sell me anything. The bed arrived within the 2 hour delivery time I had been given and the lads built it in my bedroom for me. Fantastic service.

BEST SLEEP EVER!!!!
I have just recently replaced my mattress which I'd had for many moons. After years of comfortable sleeping I had no hesitation in returning to Big Table to get my new mattress... a Super Ortho Luxury King Size! My needs had changed since my first purchase and I was very impressed by their personalised and individual advice as to the best mattress to suit me now. It is so comfortable and I get a great sleep. Top quality product, hand made to order and great customer service with a smile......and delivered on time! I can definitely recommend Big Table for their beds and mattresses and their personal service.

The Big Table, No Guarantee and extremely rude customer service!!!!
I bought my king size Luxury style mattress from the Big Table around 3 years ago. Recently part of the mattress lost support and I contact the Big Table. I have long term back problem and due to that fault my back pain came back. They came to check the mattress after 3 weeks. The guy agreed that something wrong with it and advised he will go back to the shop and will contact me back. No one contact me back, when I called them after a week they said it was my fault and it might got damaged when I turn over the mattress. Changing side of the mattress it what Big Table advise initially when you buy mattress from them. When I told them that this is not fair to blame me on their fault he told me "can't do anything" and hung up the call.... Big table charge high price but the quality is poor and customer service is very rude. My advice is look for another mattress company which stand behind the guarantee policy, big table is certainly not!!!!
