I called them to speak about my requirements and to get a quote. My called was answered by a gentleman named John Paul who was unbelievably rude and sarcastic. First impression was shocking so decided to use somebody else. In as nutshell I found them very unprofessional and if they cant even answer the phone and speak to you properly how can they be trusted to carry out work properly?
