Fantastic
When I called up Birmingham Locksmiths at my mothers house they were so friendly and hospitable. After her front doors' lock became jammed, she felt insecure and unsafe. The immediate response from the Birmingham Locksmiths was impressive- it was fast and efficient, with the staff being exceptionally friendly. They fixed the lock with ease and gave my mother some personal recommendations about keeping safe in the area which she really appreciated and now takes into account. All in all, the product itself is top quality, and the staff make the whole process so easy, as well as it being fast and enjoyable. I've already recommended them to friends in the area - it's a really impressive service and has saved us time and money.

Really pleased
Very good service - very pleased!! They arrived in no time- I couldn't be happier! I feel so much safer in my home after the locks have been changed following a break in. Being a singly mum and having two kids and dog, safety is my main priority. Now I feel so much more reassured- it feels good to know that there is a company which is so reliable and efficient, and there for emergencies. Great service, great product and invaluable outcomes. Thanks!
