His team did only part of the agreed work in the first days. They left the roof not fully secured and disappeared. Meanwhile, John collected money from us for materials (windows) that were to be used at a later stage of the work. From that day on, no one continued working, and John began to avoid any contact with us. He is not answering the phone and not answering messages. In the meantime, the kitchen was flooded twice after rain - without any reaction from John. We also did not receive any confirmation from him that the materials for further work had been ordered by him at all. A littered garden and dozens of nails and screws left in the grass, scratched freshly installed gutters, and a cigarette-burned and severed roof membrane is just part of a long list. Stay away from him.
