Teaching 4years old & above in a variety of styles improving fitness, disipline, and well being.We also hold a ladies keep fit club for all levels on a monday & thursday 5pm till 6pm and all are welcome.We teach from semi-contact, light & full contact from beginners to top flight shows at venues across the country. Our club is a friendly & relaxed enviroment so come along and just enjoy the evening whether its just to make new friends in you area.Also day time classes available from 9am unti ...
