Bad Experience
The staff was rude and unhelpful. I wanted to try more dresses they got really annoyed and told me a lot of the items are out of my buget. I wanted to spend between £3000 to 4000 pounds and I don't think that's very little for a wedding dress. will not recommend it to anyone

Absolutely Fantastic!
The staff close the shop especially for your fitting. This instantly makes you feel special and valued. I didn't feel at all rushed as they allow plenty of time for your appointment. I can't rate the staff highly enough: they were knowledgeable, helpful and seemed to be genuinely interested in my wedding. The dresses are stunning and even if they are not your size (obviously, as with most bridal shops, only one size of each style is stocked) they try to tailor the dress to your shape by pinning, lengthening or shortening and offering different options for each dress i.e. they can add detailing, change the size of a feature or remove layers, etc.. They also gave advice on (and provided for trial) accessories, although without the heavy sales push. The whole process of buying, alterations, etc. was explained fully. I only wish I had tried on dresses here as my last visit, rather than my first, as I feel I can only be disappointed from here on! The only thing you should be aware of is the price, as most of the dresses I sampled were from £2,000+ (however prices include all fitting costs). At the time of my fitting they also had some sale dresses in stock. You will not be disappointed!
