Kevin & Jay over promised under delivered/ don’t be fooled by them. They take money and don’t finish the job. Did my be fooled, judge a book by its cover!

COWBOYS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
For some 10 months now, my property agent and I have been chasing this contractor to rectify the damage caused to the patio of a tenanted property which I own. They failed to report this damage, caused when they removed a small tree in a careless, amateurish and inexpert fashion, presumably hoping it would go unreported by the tenant. When it was brought to their attention, they accepted liability, and were given the opportunity to effect the repairs themselves. For 10 months Kevin Phillips, in between dodging phone calls, only answering if dialled from a number he does not recognise, has made promises to attend, but never turning up - thereby greatly inconveniencing the tenant. He has all the expertise required of a well-practised rogue trader to avoid the responsibility of problems caused by his lack of expertise

cowboys - don't be fooled by their website
Kevin does not follow up on phone calls, misses appointments without cancelling and they never finished the job. I chased them for months, every time he promised to come and made an appointment, but never turned up. I paid them in full after the first, bigger job in the back garden was done, even though is was not complete, and they never returned for the front garden. This company is all about the quick job and the quick money, not about care, neither for trees nor customers.
