We offer Gas Servicing, Boiler breakdown and repair in the Lytham St Annes area including Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Our experience spans over 25 years. Our Gas Safe Registration with all our qualifications can be verified at the Gas Safe Website

We mainly specialise in Combi Boiler/Boiler breakdown and repair, we also offer Home Owner, Private Landlord Annual Servicing and Gas Safety Certificates.

Our aim is to respond to all enquiries within a 2 hour timeframe within our normal working day (8am till 5pm).

Customers with No Heat or No Hot Water will be prioritised.
