At Blagdon Farm we have 8 luxury lakeside lodges set in 10 acres of peaceful Devon countryside and within minutes of the stunning South West coast. Close to the Devon/Cornwall border in the heart of Ruby Country, Blagdon Farm is the perfect place from which to explore both Devon and Cornwall. On site facilities include a 1.5acre coarse fishing lake stocked with Carp, Rudd and Roach; a games room featuring a pool table, mini table soccer, table tennis, x-box, as well as a games and book library; a licensed cafe/bar; and an indoor heated hydro-pool which is open from April until the end of September. We have 1 and 2 bedroom lodges which sleep up to 6 people which can be booked for short breaks, weeks or long stays. Each lodge has amazing views over the lake to the countryside beyond with wide patio doors from the lounge to a private South-facing terrace. Each is equipped with HDTV incorporating a DVD player, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Some lodges have feature beds and all the 2 bedroom lodges have a TV in the master bedroom. All of our lodges are ground floor with parking immediately outside and large covered porches to store fishing equipment, bikes, surfboards or mobility equipment. Each lodge is fully accessible with wide doorways, ramp access and a roll in wet room. One of our lodges has a kitchen which has been specially adapted for wheelchair users and features low level appliances, storage and work surfaces.
