Unreliable salesman does not help matters.
I contacted this firm last year Nov'13. Oh they were quick to take the order but not so quick to fit the blinds. Kept making times and dates, I would take day off work, no show. Eventually someone came to fit the blinds...but since then, trying to get someone back out to fix what was not done properly last year has been a nightmare. Wish I had followed my instinct to pay that bit more for Shades to do the job. Saving a few pounds not worth the hassle. Would avoid this company in future. Is it the firm or the particular salesman?

horrible company
Just received a pelmet from this company had to wait 6 weeks for them to fit it and had to make over 25 phone calls. They charged £240 for a pelmet which I later found could be bought elsewhere for £140 and for much better quality. I am pregnant and my mother is 62 and my father just passed away a few weeks ago and 3 men from the shop came in the house and threatened me because I said I didnt like the blind and asked him to fix it they also had me and my mother in tears grabbed her money and walked out the house. I have since contacted police and trading standards. I urge people to please not ordee from this company.
