My family used Bloomingdales Florist in Allesley, Coventry when my nan passed away and they were fantastic. The flowers were beautiful and the service was perfect. The lady who served us couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of our needs. I have recently received a bouquet from Bloomingdales from my mum who wanted to cheer me up. She asked the lady to make it as cheery as possible. I've never seen such a beautiful bouquet, consisting of lillies, roses and even a sunflower. There were more flowers but I don't know their names! With a smiley faced helium balloon floating from it. They definitely achieved what my mum intended - cheering me up! They are a week old now and are still as fresh and beautiful as when I received them, delivered to me. It's this kind of continued good service that creates customer loyalty to a particular business. Thank you Bloomingdales.
