DISGUST
Having received Mothers Day flowers by delivery today, I would like to express my utter disappointment at the standard of the bouquet. I received a pure lime green display with five orange tulips strapped onto the outside of the bouquet as a mere afterthought, the total of which looked to have cost no more than a few pounds. My daughter (who paid £30 to have the flowers delivered) on seeing the display could not believe what she had paid for. Feeling the need to express my disappointment, I phoned the florist but was rudely advised that the lime green bunch delivered, is what was asked for. This is not the case,although my daughter does say she made the mistake of pointing out ONE lime green foliage she would like included.- Are florist not experts in their own field? Do they not have an eye for what colours and textures work together and if so under what planet does ALL lime green work? Sadly no compensation was offered by the surly florist and my daughter has wasted hard earned income on the ugliest bunch of flowers ever delivered. If anyone wants to see a picture of the ugliness, I will gladly oblige. S DONALD
