About Elizabeth

I am a qualified Nursery Nurse with experience of both nursery and nannying work. When working as a nanny, I lived in and lived out, at home and abroad, looking after single child and multi children families, for able bodied and disabled children.
The most important thing that I learned during this time was that, no matter what your circumstances are, you need love.

Angel Healing Therapy

Angel Healing®Therapy is an angelic healing system that was brought through Angel Intuitive, Calista guided from Source and Archangel Raphael - the angel of healing.

Angel Healing Therapy is a form of energy healing. It is non-invasive and very gentle but also powerful. It works on various levels - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.

During an in-person treatment, following an initial consultation, the client will lie down on a treatment bed or sit, if it is more appropriate, full clothed. I will connect with the Angels and channel their energy through my hands, which I will place on or above the client's body, in a variety of positions. The healing energy will flow to where it is needed, always for the client's highest good.

During a distant treatment, at the appropriate time, the client will make themselves comfortable either lying down or sitting. I will connect with the client and the Angels, then I will channel the Angels healing energy to the client. The healing energy will flow to where it is needed, always for the client's highest good.

Reiki

Reiki is a form an energy healing that is channeled by a Reiki practitioner. It derives from Japan and gets its name from two Japanese words "Rei" and "ki" Together they mean "Universal Life Energy".

It is an ancient system that can be experienced by either "hands on" or by "distance" healing.

Reiki is an ancient healing system and it was rediscovered in the late 19th century by Dr Mikao Usui who was responsible for this ancient tradition becoming popular in the modern world.

Shamanic Power Retrieval

A Shamanic Power Retrieval can restore personal power lost from your person through various circumstance, as you live your life. My job as a Shamanic practitioner is to find your lost powers, which may show themselves as a power animal or a guide, or an angel, an archetype, or other benevolent being who volunteers to assist a person and re-establish your connection with them.

Connected Kids™ Programme

Connected Kids™ Programme is a programme created by meditation teacher and author Lorraine Murray as part of her Teach Children Meditation (TCM) campaign.

Teaching Children meditation and mindfulness helps to :
Balance stress
Improve focus
Improve concentration
Reduce physical and mental tension
Reduce anxiety (exams/ bullying)
Improve self esteem
Improve their sleep

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is an unique exercise routine, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama).

Laughter Yoga was started by Dr Kataria in a park, in India with five people and is now practiced in over 60 countries across the world.

At the beginning of a session you may laugh artificially, as your body does not know the difference between real and fake laughter, but in most cases by the end, you'll be laughing for real.
