The owner Australian lady was asked to to three things: 1: keep length 2: remove sharp corners of bob 3: thin out a bit at sides Result a complete disaster. Multiple lengths looking like my hair had been taken to with a chainsaw. More than 2 inches taken off front left with longer back and completely uneven at sides. Awful, awful haircut. And I've since been told many other customers have experienced similar. Best advice... Stay clear!
