Blue Stake Construction Limited offers a comprehensive building service to commercial and residential clients. With many years of experience of providing high quality of work, from refurbishments, extensions, lofts and conversions. We also offer a full maintenance service, from small DIY repairs to painting and decorating.

Not only do we micro- manage each tradesman, but also provide onsite project management. All our customers receive the highest level of service from quotation to the completion of works. We offer a bespoke service and we discuss and clarify your vision in detail, to ensure you receive a high quality build to your exacting specifications.

Our company policy is to ensure a high level of customer service. Communication is the key to a successful project. We liaise with our clients throughout the build face to face, via email and telephone. We will always welcome you at our offices from Monday to Friday where we can answer any of your queries or discuss your project in detail.

Maintenance services

A full maintenance service offered to commercial and residential customers. Offered either on a contract basis or as and when required. A handyman service offered to landlords at an affordable rate.

Extensions, conversions and conservatories

Our project managers work alongside architects, structure engineers to ensure that the work is in accordance with building regulations and completed to your requirements.

Electrical works

From full re-wiring to minor electrical works. We can install new fuse boards, electrical sound systems. Intercom systems and tailor made electrical systems.

Plumbing

All plumbing works are undertaken from installing a new central heating system, or a new boiler. Plumbing for a new bathroom suite, kitchen appliances and under floor heating.
