Visited a couple of studios same day, and I was ready to rent one of them. The second day while I was expecting a contract I received an email from the agency saying that the rent of the apratement was 100£ more than the advertised price. And they threatened me by anouncing there were other people interested in the appartement. Finally when I tried to book another visit after the renovations they weren't keen to. I arrived in the appartement and there were no heating no hot water although the rent was supposed to cover all the bills even the internet. When I tried to call them no one answered. I regret my agency choice

I had a look at the properties advertised by this agency and called for a viewing for a property in Berry Street, Liverpool City Centre and spoke to one of their agents 'Julie'. I arranged it for friday 13th January and stood outside the property and noone turned up, I attempted to call the agency and they were closed for the day (I am assuming as noone answered). I then called on Monday and requested to speak to her again and sadness that they would not call to canel the viewing if noone was available, she said ''we had a problem with our IT system and couldn't send text messages to our prospective tenants to advise of the issue''... I thought it was a lot of crap as nowadays everyone that considers them selves a decent enough agency would store this information safely and call if needed however I agreed to see the property Wednesday the 18thJanuary and was promised by Julie that I would get a text message in the morning of the viewing day to re-confirm as well as they would not let me down however turned 3pm (without any text message received from them) I called the office again and was told that they did not have the booking in their records for the viewing and maybe I was confused. I was very angry and they advised me they would call me back - 15 minutes later I received a call by Bluerow and they questioned me whether I was sure I arranged that appointment as maybe I had cancelled and I do not remember... I argued with the lady for 10 minutes and then she said someone would be at the property at 5pm. I arrived at the property at 4.45pm (just in case) and the lady came around in the car, saw me at the entrance and stayed inside her car for 15 minutes sightseeing and only came out of the car at 5pm. Greeted, showed me the flat really quick as if I disturbed her day and was really in a rush... I felt that customer service/care is not their strong point. Please think twice before you arrange to be prospective tenants with this agency, they are not organized at all - Gui Calueto
