Bob Jones Prytherch & Co Marts Limited wish to make in clear that monies received from purchasers paying for livestock sold at auction is received as a Principal and that all financial transactions within these markets are conducted with the Auctioneers acting as Principal. Sale proceeds are not paid into a client bank account and, consequently, the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme (CMPS) will not apply to protect the vendor.
