Absolutely shocking garage and staff
My car got sent to this dodgy garage for insurance work. Returned car without work completed, paint sprayed across the windows and missing parts, refused to accept it so was returned to cowboys for the work to actually be completed. They then failed to contact us so we had to chase them up to be told they haven't bothered to complete it. Finally, after 2 complaints to the insurance company, we demanded car was removed from these cowboys to be completed elsewhere. They also added a lot of miles on and used all the fuel I had in the car, their response to which was, that's not our problem. The manager got very abusive and insulting which is totally unacceptable, luckily all recorded so will deal with that separately. Seriously DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!

Insurance approved my arse 😤😤😤 after having my car for a total of 12 weeks, being returned to them 3 times, countless phone calls, the original work to be completed was still not repaired. Any work they did complete was unnecessary and just an excuse to get more money from the insurance company, which was then done shoddy and slap dash. The owner of the garage talks so smooth he could charm the birds from the trees, but everything he says is utter rubbish. He is the master of persuasion and a complete con artist. This company should not be trusted with a push bike let alone a vehicle!!! This company needs to be stopped and I want every person in the land to know this. How this company operates is disgusting and inexcusable!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shocking service, use at your own risk!
We had the misfortune to deal with this garage after our car was sent there by our insurance company after a minor accident, the bumper needed replacing, they had our car for over 5 weeks, during this time we had numerous phone calls to say our car would be back at a certain time/date which then was changed, we were also to a few weeks into the saga that our car wouldn't start and that was the reason for the delay, when we finally got our car back, the bumper looks great, but the driver side door has been badly damaged, it honestly looks like the car has been lifted by the door, it has numerous grip marks all along the top of the door and the window electrics on that door are also now faulty, the garage is apparently going to take it back in for repair but I don't hold out much hope for a good job, and I am anticipating a problem with them supplying a 7 seater as a loan car, seriously, do not send your car there!

Fab customer service
Used this place 3 times now - separate family members and their cars. Very friendly staff and there is not enough they can do for you.

Absolutely disinterested in their poor service
I was sent to Body Management Repairs shop by my insurance and when i got it back i noticed that there was streaks in the paint and there was sinkage they also just clicked my front spoiler on and did not put any screws in it and also the near side headlamp was not aligned with the body, so i took it back a little while later and i told them all the faults i had found and they then gave me a courtesy car, i have to say the receptionists were very helpful and polite and had very nice telephone manner, when they said my car was repaired i was called at 1pm and i got to and 2:30pm i looked the car over quickly and noticed they had not taken any notice of the fact i said that there was no screws in the front bumper or the fact that the headlight was not aligned so i complained and asked them to put a few screws in the front bumper and when they did so they bring it back out to me and neither of my headlights were working so they then put 2 bulbs in it for me but i was still very unsatisfied with the repair jobs both times and would not recommend it to anyone
