Bolliger UK....'A Very Bad Move Indeed !'

Bolliger UK were absolutely terrible...... Inexperienced foul mouthed agency crew arrived late with no moving equipment even though our booked move included our grand piano. No promised 'FRAGILE STICKERS'. Arranged moving vehicle was substituted for a a Transit Van on the morning of our move which had to make six trips to move our belongings.Subsequently our packing and moving took EIGHT hours longer than estimated. Our goods did not fit into booked container but we were not informed until SIX days after the container left the UK....We were charged extra customs charges as Turkish Customs regulations only allows for one import of personal goods to be import tax free...our goods came in two deliveries. Final delivery of goods arrived in Turkey after THREE months (Two months later than estimated) WE VERY MUCH REGRET USING AND TRUSTING BOLLIGER.UK.... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !! Mr.D. Bruce.
