I Read the reviews & saw the flashy lit up Bombay Brasserie sign outside the restaurant and was looking forward to a pleasant evening and nice food. Oh Dear !! - No table cloths, tacky tables, a waitress who would be better off with rollerskates on dashing around a fast food joint asking "is that with fries". Certainly not an indian experience. The curry itself expensive £12 for a basic chicken curry £3.50 for a Naan & £2.80 for a couple of popadoms & Pickle - Curry itself served in a cold metal dish onto a cold plate. I will not be going here again

I used to work here, and can confirm that tips are not given to the staff-who work very hard to give excellent service and make the customers enjoy their dining experience at this restaurant. The food is of excellent quality, but the chutneys, sauces and salad are "recycled" (You will be eating from what someone else has had before you!!!!).

As a regular customer that is very happy with the food and service here, i was shocked to learn that the hard working waiters/ess do not recieve the tips that we leave for them, they go striaght to the boss. As a result we no longer leave tips at this restaurant.
