About

About Us

Bonnar and Company Solicitors has over 33 years' experience of helping people win their personal injury claim in Scotland.
We only handle personal injury cases and we only ever work on behalf of injured people and their families. Bonnar and Company is a completely independent firm of solicitors. We are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland and APIL, the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors.

Our Services

We are totally committed to winning your claim and we work tirelessly to ensure that your case is handled to the highest professional standards. We are friendly and approachable and we will review your claim free of charge with no obligation.
Bonnar and Company Solicitors are trusted by accident and personal injury victims across Scotland to fight for their rights for JUSTICE and a fair level of compensation. We are recommended by other firms of solicitors in Scotland and England who also trust us to handle their hurt and injured clients' accident and personal injury compensation claims.

Dealing With Us

We have helped thousands of injured people win millions of pounds in compensation over many years, in cases ranging from relatively minor slips and trips to very serious, life-threatening injuries resulting from road traffic accidents and accidents at work. Your claim will be managed by an expert personal injury solicitor who is backed up by a specialist team of in-house paralegal and technical staff. When we take on your case we take care of everything. We gather all the evidence - including photographs and witness statements - and instruct the best expert medical consultants or other technical specialists on your behalf in order to prepare the best possible claim for compensation. Our Litigation Partner, Ronnie Conway, literally wrote the book on personal injury claims in Scotland: ‘Personal Injury Practice in the Sheriff Court', published by W. Green & Son Ltd. Ronnie is also the Scottish co-ordinator of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) in Scotland.

Caring and Committed

We fully understand that you and your family may be experiencing feelings of distress and anxiety at this difficult time and that is why we ensure that everything we do is designed to take the weight off your shoulders and help put your mind at rest on all aspects of your personal injury claim. We will assess the value of your claim free of charge and thereafter work for you on a ‘no win - no fee' basis which means that we cover all up-front costs associated with giving your claim the best possible chance of success. Should we lose, you pay nothing, ever.
