excellent customer service
First thing Lloyed M does know what customer service is. The staff always gives thier 100% undiveded attention when asked. The managment should be praised for the day to day running of the businness and how well they train there staff to the best ability they can give customer. Lioyed M the staff memeber might of spoke a bit lounder then usual may be because you are deaf. My family has been going to Bookers for years and not once have they been unsatifsised with there attitude or respect with other or my family and friends.

i cannot praise the management and all of their staff at Bookers cash and carry in Folkestone enough for their un-rivalled levels of customer service,always prepared to help in any way possible,i find them helpful,friendly and professional at all times,keep up the good work !!!

i have used this service for a while and have found it better than anything i have used before, for Lloyd M to say this, he must be lying as i have never had a problem, hopefully everyone will agree.

Lloyd M must be mad!
I have used Bookers in Folkestone at least twice a week for the last ten years and have seen four managers and a pretty constant main core of key staff in that time. The current team led by Barry Emptage are courteous, polite, good humoured & could'nt provide a more efficient & personal service. I have & still do personally recommend bookers folkestone to anyone in retail. I can only assume that Mr Lloyd M's attitude on his visit begot attitude in return. Having seen the very professional manner in which the bookers staff Folkestone handle some most unpleasent & sometimes aggressive customers, i find it hard to believe he shops at the same place i do. Oh well, wont stop me going there.

poor quality service
The service in this Booker C&C has gone down hill unless you like being threatened and shouted at. The staff here no longer treat the customer with any kind of respect. To be a member of staff, helpfulness is not a prerequisite and as for manners the word is not understood. I blame the management for there lack of commitment to staff training, Beware Booker Cash & Carry Folkestone's only interest is meeting their targets and making profit above customer satisfaction...
