• Very close to motorways and M621 and A650, so handy for commuters

• Runs 3 days a week; Tues 6:30am, Thurs 6:15pm & Saturday 8am

• 45min each session

• No 2 sessions the same

• Working out within the beauty of a park helps time fly quickly and leaves you feeling more relaxed afterwards. By joining us at our outdoor fitness sessions, not only will you gain far more physical and mental benefits but it's also a greener way to exercise

• The session is suitable for all levels, as the session leader 'Rebecca Roach' is an experienced Personal Trainer and group instructor and is used to training people new to exercise all the way through to professionals within the fitness arena. Rebecca loves a challenge, so there is no such thing as too uncoordinated, or not fit enough (unless your Doctor says otherwise).

• Exercises can ALWAYS be adapted, and we believe in working the most YOU CAN to YOUR ability. That means you will not always be doing the same as the person next to you, but hopefully you will find it the same intensity as them. We also believe in you shouting out encouragement to others in the group who may be flagging. You will be surprised how much more you can squeeze out when others spur you on. There is no need to feel intimidated by the trainer as Rebecca is here to support, encourage and help push you that bit further to get the results you want. • Each session a mix of cardio and strength work

• People who come on a regular basis see their body change

• Build camaraderie through a mix of team and partner work, plus the occasional bit of healthy competition

• Learn to use your body like never before in a huge away of body weight exercises and crawls/walks

• Throw in an interesting mix of equipment such as battling ropes, Kettlebells, viprs, skipping ropes, medicine balls & suspension kit

• Monthly fitness assessments (1st session of the month)

• Boost Camp is all about getting fit whilst in the fresh air. Rather than sat down and slouched on a resistance machine that trains just one muscle group at a time, we believe in making more efficient use of your time and work many areas at once whilst challenging the body in a range of functional movements.

• Live in a box, drive to work in a box, work in a box – TRAIN OUTSIDE THE BOX

• Due to the uneven surface of working outside you have to rely more on core stability, balance and reaction time than when on fixed piece of equipment in a gym/at home.


• Environmentally friendly ie no air conditioning, machinery to plug in
