Poor service

Buyer beware!!! I feel like I now need to write a review online to warn other potential clients after receiving poor service and I am now being ignored! ( apparently I am not the only one!) Potential Customers need to know that you cannot look after your existing customer base and juggle weddings at the same time! We booked our venue dressing over 18 months ago paid a deposit and everything seemed to be going ok. Wedding Feb 16 I got back in touch 20/05/15 to establish a stationary - save the dates/invites after several calls texts and email from myself and parter we failed to get a response. 27/05 - got a message that they were busy for the next two weeks and couldn't discuss. We Replied that we available from the 19th-27th June anytime to sort out. 19th-27th June the dates came and went with no calls or emails no communication what so ever. NO REPLY 11/07- we called/emailed/ messaged chasing again as we hadn't recieved word. ( very frustrating) NO REPLY 27/07- sent more emails/ calls chasing ( now annoyed) NO REPLY 31/07 - no call but an email back stating that they were still busy with other brides who took more priority as there wedding were closer and they wouldn't normally deal with us until September. ( I just wanted stationary ideas and samples creating - save the dates are fast becoming a waste of time at this stage) Had two dates they were available to call and discuss 20th or 22nd of August. 20th&22nd/08 came and went. No call/no email/no messages! ( feeling annoyed) 30/08 - we emailed to say we were not happy and wanted a refund of our deposit. NO REPLY 07/09 another chasing email - Still NO REPLY!! We feel that after committing to spending nearly Three thousand Pounds on venue dressing that they would have had more decency than to ignore us and fail to communicate! We are not unreasonable people and appreciate a business is busy however we do expect that if you say you are going so do something than you do it. We are just as important as ur next wedding and even though my wedding isn't today we deserve common courtesy!
