AVOID

Avoid at all costs. Despite having paid the full amount in advance for a bouncy castle for my sons Birthday party treat, I received a call from the proprietor 40 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, saying they wanted to cancel!!! Ironic really...on their home page it says "We can guarantee that we will not let you down on that special occassion" I wouldn't have minded so much if I thought there was a genuine reason to cancel, but they said that the weather forecast was not good and that their insurance wouldn't cover them. There was nothing more than a drizzle of rain all day (I should know as I spent the afternoon outside trying to entertain a multitude of small boys), the castle was supposed to come with a rain cover and we were told we would have to sign a disclaimer anyway. It sounded to me like they just couldn't be bothered to come over, or maybe got a better offer. I did get a full refund (no apology not that it matters) but I thought it was a terrible thing to do to a little boy on his Birthday, neither I nor any of my friends will be booking Bouncy Kingdom again. I will make sure to go to a professional and reputable firm next time, not just the first one to appear on the search engine.
