I went in for a natural balayage and came out after 6+ hours with 3/4 bright orange hair, and a harsh line a couple of inches from my roots. I paid £180 for the service and when I asked for a refund, I was told off and spoken to rudely. Had multiple hairdressers offering to fix it for free, however Bowtique insisted I let them try. I reluctantly let them as I had no other choice, and they botched it again.
