Boydens

Originally a Victorian townhouse built in 1894. It has been a guest house since 1948. Boydens is a small guest house situated within a residential area of Kemp Town in a tree lined avenue.
It is only a short walk to the beach where you will find the pier and the Brighton Wheel. Just along the promenade is the iconic landmark The West Pier and the renovated bandstand. Heading towards the City Centre Brighton explorers will discover The Royal Pavilion, the lanes and the North Laine.

The Accommodation

We offer all our guests a warm and friendly service with a welcoming smile. Nothing is too much trouble for us to make your stay a memorable and pleasant one. We will endevour to assist with any requests as best we can.
Boydens has six letting rooms 4 of which are doubles all with private facilities and 2 singles sharing a shower room. They are all tastefully decorated each with their own appeal.
All the rooms have white, Egyptian cotton bedding, a flat screen TV with freeview channels, a hair dyer and a welcome tray. An iron and ironing board and a radio alarm clock is available on request.
Parking - This is metered street parking but parking permits are available on request at an extra charge.

Breakfast

Guests have an extensive menu to choose from which includes a choice of fruit juices & cereals. Full English or a Vegetarian option breakfast is cooked to order served with toast, marmalade or a selection of jams. Tea or coffee.

Find Us

From A23 follow the road into Brighton. Turn left at the traffic lights sign posted the Hospital. Take the 9th right turn at the top of the hill into St James's Avenue. We are situated on the right hand side about half-way down at No 27
