Disabled woman whith hand trolley
Phone for taxi service explained situation they sent taxi with smallboot licence no 362 driver was very rude because hand trolley would not fit and rudly told us to get another taxi . LAST TIME I WILL USE RADIO TAXES. REF RUNNING HORSE.

MD just got 6 yrs prison for embezzling.
Used to be good but 9 x out of 10 now won't even let you book hours in advance and if you want one now, well good luck with that! Maybe going out of biz cos of (see title)

Rude drivers
Some are alright but a lot of the drivers are extremely rude, I don’t know who they think they are. Cars also often turn up late, the woman in the office I’ve been told by some of the cabbies is useless. I use now and again because they are cheap.

Terrible service
The driver swore repeatedly at me, broke the speed limit and undertook cars all the way back from my 4 day stay in hospital. On return he threw my luggage out and physically ejected me from the taxi. All because he was late for another pick-up. I have complained to the management, and heard nothing. Next step is the Hackney Carriage Licencing team at BFC.

Disgusting attitude AVOID
Horrendous attitude from people on the phone, drivers bad attitude, often speeding and on occasions not even wearing seatbelt! Dirty cars- AVOID

Rude terrible customer service. I rang to book a taxi & asked for a quote. She turned round & said you asked me that before in a very rude tone & then questioned her reply with excuse me? I found this a disgusting way to speak a customer & will never use them again. 0 out of 10

Worst Service
The Worst , pathetic, rude, careless Service, the Most pathetic lady who attend the call one day. she is just yelling at the people. they dont let you know where they are when they come to pick you and just complaining about you. I strongly advice to not to take this cab service and do not spoil your time.
