Wonderful service
I hired breeze carpet cleaners to clean our hallway and living room carpets and recieved 5 star service from the outset. Our booking was completed promptly and efficiently,the cleaner arrived as booked (not late as with other companies) and got straight on with the cleaning (didnt even stop for a well deserved coffee!). He was very polite and hard working. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely be using again. I would recommend breeze carpet cleaners to anyone.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I write this review after having the phone put down on me by the "manager" (use the term loosley)of the wimbledon branch. A Job was booked 10 days ago to clean my carpets,sofa etc the cleaner did not turn up and completly ruined my plans for the day. This was christmas weekend so as you can imagine things were already hectic as it was. My intention was to have the flat cleaned,spend the holiday with family while it dries out and start the new year with fresh carpets. I called the "manager" Darren and he was not bothered at all about the job not being done. In fact he actually had the cheek to claim the job had been COMPLETED! I am not sure who is the liar here him or the driver! He told me he would ring me back to dicuss it but he never did. Rang him a few days later he did not apologise for not calling me back and put me on hold to "search for my details" the line then went DEAD! I will leave it to you to figure out if he called back afterwards! For reasons known only to themselves my money(OVER £100) was not good enough for this company! I have encountered some diabolical customer service in my time but this kind of rudeness is on another level entirely! These people have some sort of problem, their behaviour was just bizarre! To think I was going to give them my neighbours details! This "breeze carpet cleaners" is a MICKY MOUSE operation that should not be in business at all! Contrary to their name dealing with these jokers was far from a "breeze" they are the biggest timewasters I have ever met! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
