About Brenda

Brenda Seaborn provides professional, effective, complementary healthcare to a wide variety of clients. The Colchester based practice is well-established and has been open for more than sixteen years. Calling on her wide range of skills, she is renowned for helping clients to both gain and maintain a good state of health, both in body and mind. Treating holistically; not just recognising your symptoms but investigating the root cause of your condition or your emotional wellbeing and working from there.

Her mission is to provide a quiet haven for people to come to and feel safe enough to open up their world to her; so that she can help them enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle within. Everyone is treated as a respected individual, capable of enjoying good health, happy, healthy thoughts and feelings; when given the right encouragement and assistance.

She is an advanced reflexology practitioner who specialises in maternity and sub-fertility. She is also teaches Reiki to practitioner level and runs small, informal, meditation and relaxation classes. She is also a fully qualified AAMET Emotional Freedom Technique and Indian Head Massage Practitioner.

She operates a home visiting service within the local community as part of her outreach programme, for clients who are physically or emotionally unable to attend the practice.
