Terrible!!!!!!!!!
This is my first time as a landlord and it was my own fault for not doing any research when it came to finding a letting agent, I simply went to the first one I noticed on my high street which was Brices and right now I am just waiting for the 2 year contract to be up so I can get rid of them. The service is just terrible, to the point where my tenant had to ask to contact me and once she got in touch she said the management of the property was very bad. Brices have multiple people who change regularly, it is difficult to understand who to contact for what with so many change. They take weeks to fix a problem and my tenant complained that they ignored her and she had to contact them numerous times about the same thing.

We would certainly use Brices again and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.
With so many letting agents in the Brighton and Hove area, Brices managed to stand out for the properties on their books and their overall custom service. During the viewing, Jon was attentive, without ever being pushy, and knowledgeable about both the apartment and the area. The whole rental process went smoothly and Brices kept us up to date at every step. We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Excellent first class letting service
Brices has provided excellent first class letting service. The viewings were unpressurised, on hand to answer all the questions that I had. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. When I had chosen the property, the paperwork, contract, terms & conditions were well explained and services done quickly. Staff were efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Got workmen round as soon as there was a problem with anything. The office provides exactly what I need - displaying flexibility, positive

They are friendly with considerable amounts....
I have employed Brices as sole agent for the sale of 2 flats and as my sole letting agent for the last 3 years. Aside from their professionalism, Louise and her staff are always friendly with considerable amounts of charm; a fact I believe goes some way to explaining their success!
