Too many issues to list. If you want quality service and to feel like your day is the most important day ever do not go to this shop. Initial visit was great but after that customer service isn't in there vocabulary. Never been treated so badly before.

Perfect!
I recently visited Bride to Be and I must say the experience was just perfect!! The girls are extremely helpful and let me try on as many dresses as I wished without asking what my budget was. I was in a dress dilemma as there dresses are so beautiful and they let me try on the dresses again until I found ‘the one’. They made what I wanted to a very special day for me and my mum even more special. I can not recommend Bride to Be enough and I wish them all the success for the future!! Thank-you! Jodie x

Beautiful dresses, beautiful shop
I visited Bride to Be with my 3 bridesmaids and had a really lovely experience. My bridesmaids are different shapes and sizes and have very different tastes and I was on a budget - therefore I thought finding reasonably priced dresses that all the girls would be happy with would be difficult. However, Hannah and her staff were really friendly and allowed each of the girls to try as many dresses as they wanted and we decided on a lovely dress that all my bridesmaids were happy with. There's a great selection of dresses and the shop is beautiful but more importantly we were made to feel welcome and really comfortable. I should also mention that before visiting bride to be I had considered going 'high street' for my bridesmaid dresses as I didn't have a huge budget but the dresses we chose were actually cheaper than the high street ones I had seen. Since placing the order, Hannah has kept in touch and I'm confident that when the dresses arrive we'll continue to receive a first class service.

Star!!
What can I say??!! Hannah you are a star!! Your customer service was fantastic, I loved that you gave an opinion and didn't it on the fence and that you stayed in the background whilst being very much there!! My girls loved you and all that you did - you made the experience veryyyy emotional for them - as for me, I found my perfect dress, I don't have to trawl the length and breadth of the country so I am a very happy bunny!!!! Can't wait to see the finished dress and try it on again!! Thanks xx

Excellent Customer Service
After having a not so great start in the hunt for wedding dresses I found Hannah. I received a fantastic personal service with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude and a gorgeous range of plus size wedding dresses that make any figure look stunning!! I agree with all the reviews on here. Having visited other bridal shops myself and many with my sister in recent years, my family and I all agree that Bride to Be is by far the best. Hannah has a lovely attitude and enthusiasm for what she does and this makes for a wonderful experience when trying on dresses in the beautifully decorated shop. I have just ordered my dress and have booked to come back to try on bridesmaid dresses. Thank you Hannah, I hope your brilliant success continues!

A lovely experience
I had a lovely evening at bride to be with my mum and bridesmaids, unlike some of the other shops I visited I was immediately made to feel at Ease. Hannah allowed me to take as much time as I wanted trying on dresses whilst my bridesmaids supped bucks fizz. Hannah has a excellent selection of dresses, I was so glad she encouraged me to try on a variety as the dress I picked was completely different from the one I had in mind. I would highly recommend this shop.

Visit Bride to Be to find your Dream Dress!!
I found my dream dress at Bride to Be! The boutique has been nicely decorated and a nice warm friendly atmosphere. Hannah is very friendly and made me feel comfortable trying on all the dresses. She helped me so much. Would highly reccommend to shop here.xx

A lovely day
After visiting many many bridal shops looking for my perfect dress, and therefore having had a lot of experience in shopping for that one dress, this was the most enjoyable of them all. We were looked after and made to feel most at ease. I was given plenty of time to try on as many of the beautiful dresses as I needed and finally I found THE ONE! Dream dress, perfect shop
Oh my God Hannah We'r in love with your shop! I can't thank you enough for helping me find my dream dress. You made us feel so welcome and your shop decor and stock are amazing. We loved how you made us feel so at ease and the offered refreshments were very appreciated. Your shop is like walking into a Hollywood movie. I visited the shop on Monday a little nervous not really knowing what to expect as it was the first time I had tried anything! A perfect day !
After being told by numerous wedding shops that I was too late too order a wedding dress and that I would have to buy off the peg ( I get married in October) I arrived at Bride to Be. Wow, the shop is beautiful and the service we received from Hannah was just perfect. She reassured me that the time frame wasn't a problem and her advice was really helpful. A couple of glasses of champagne later I found the perfect dress along with my bridesmaids too ! All in all a really lovely experience

Fabulous Boutique and Service!!
I am a plus size bride and had some bad experiences in some well known bridal shops, but from the moment i walked through the door Hannah made me feel so special!! There is a wide variety of dresses for all shapes and sizes! It is a stunning boutique! I only went to have a look and ended up finding THE DRESS!! Perfect shopping for any bride to be
I visited this shop today and initially went for a look but after seeing the selection I ended up trying on and bought THE DRESS! Hannah was fantastic and completely put me at ease! This is a shop I would certainly recommend for every bride!

How bridal shopping should be!
After some horrendous visits to bridal shops, it was a delight to visit Bride To Be and be made to feel so special by Hannah! There are a vast array of dresses to view and try and there is no hard sell from Hannah. I am happy to say I have chosen my dress and can't wait to go back and try it on again! Beautiful boutique
I visited Bride to Be with my mum and chief bridesmaid and we loved our time there. We were made to feel very welcome and special. There is a lovely range of dresses, I had to narrow down my choices because I picked so many to try on!
