Hope I love the dress
I'm going to be brutally honest. I jumped in and bought my dress at nec. So it's partially my fault, but I must say that for the most important clothing purchases of your life it should be more personal. The shop needs a refurb. No one got back to my emails or returned calls. The staff didn't seem as bubbly as I would have expected given I spent over £1000 in the shop. The dress was way too big despite me giving my Measurements only two weeks before. They didn't seem happy about altering the dress, even though it was an additional £75. Overall if I could do it all again I would and I would go elsewhere. Too late now though. I just hope I like it on the day! Not impressed!
